We are not, at this time, participating providers for Personal Care Network or HFN.

To our State of Illinois Employee/Dependent patients: Our providers are contracted with HealthLink at Tier One level, Health Alliance and Quality Care Health Plan (Cigna).

On March 1st, 2011 Women for Women became an affiliate of Premier Medical Group, LLC.

We will continue to provide exceptional Obstetric and Gynecologic care to our patients at our Normal office location, as well as continue to provide care at all hospitals and surgery centers in Bloomington-Normal.

Effective October 17th, 2011 our all female practice welcomes AMANDA BOITNOTT, Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Amanda's caring approach and experience in women's health, obstetrics, and labor and delivery will provide our patients with the care they need and deserve.

Follow the skywalk to the end and make a left. Walk past the elevators and make a left at the hospital information desk. Follow the skywalk to the Physician's Office Building (POB). Turn right at the end of the POB skywalk. Dr. Svientek's office is on the right, Suite 270.
